Our Founder and Managing Partner
Rabih Jomaa is a global growth and transformation leader with over 12 years of experience building the systems that turn consumer understanding into commercial performance across brands, borders, and categories.
He has led large-scale transformations at LVMH and Moët Hennessy, two of the world's most demanding brand environments, developing expertise in luxury positioning, consumer intelligence, and the commercial architecture that allows iconic brands to scale without losing what makes them irreplaceable. His work has spanned the U.S., Europe, China, and the Middle East - navigating the strategic, cultural, and operational demands each market requires.
Prior to founding LGP, Rabih held senior leadership roles across French luxury and CPG designing data- and AI-enabled growth systems at enterprise scale, building consumer-first organizations, and leading transformations that connected brand meaning directly to measurable commercial outcomes.
At LGP, Rabih brings this depth of experience to founders, investors, and leadership teams who need more than advice.
